I’ve been following this thread obsessively so I thought I’d finally post something. Just curious, about how much did y’all write in your additional info?
So are we hearing tomorrow potentially or Monday?
Tomorrow is a potential, admissions officer mentioned next week.
@springbloom3 I updated my grades, wrote about why I want to go to UCLA, then talked about new leadership/volunteer/work experience, then talked about what I would bring to campus and certain clubs id join. It was about 4500 characters. Wbu?
@godzilla24 I talked about why UCLA was my dream school and how I would take advantage of the educational opportunities there. I also discussed the extracurricular activities I would be a part of and related them to my current ones. Then I ended by thanking them for considering me still and told them UCLA was my number one choice. It ended up being around 6000 characters

Thank you so much. I got an email saying my application status has been changed and I have until may 5th to respond. I also got my FA award email. I got nothing lol as expected

Lol why would I lie? And yes I never post but I always read forums I just don’t like getting directly involved in these because I was paranoid admission officers would read it and could find out who we are
@moptoprock23 wait I don’t understand, it says on the application portal that if you get off the waitlist you have 3 days to decide… So why do you have until May 5th?
I have no idea but it says May 5th Thursday 1159 pm pst
