UCONN '10 transfer chances?

I am thinking of transferring to UCONN, POST, SACRED HEART, CCSU, SCSU, or possibly Quinnipiac. Right now I am a freshman at a small private University in Connecticut. My High school GPA was a 2.5 ranking at 248/329. My SAT scores were a 560 verbal & Math and a 450 writing. I plan on receiving at least a 3.0 GPA while completing Principles of Management, Intro to Computing, Intermediate Algebra, First year Seminar, English Composition, Martial Arts, Composition and Literature, College Algebra, Programming Fundamentals, Human Resources Management, Financial Accounting, and Introduction to Philosophy. I am also a resident of Connecticut. What are my chances mainly at getting accepted to UCONN or even the other colleges I listed?

Southern - they accept almost anyone decent
Central - ""
Post - ""
Quinnipiac - 60%
UConn - 70%
sacred heart - not sure

How hard is it to get into Post? Are they very selective?

~~~bump~~~
Post accepts 62% of their applicants according to collegeboard.com.
Their average sats are 420-510 for verbal, and 430-510 for math. You are a match for post according to their stats. good luck.
Uconn accepts around 53% of their transfer applicants according to college board. However they expect higher stats. Your 3.0 gpa may hurt you a little. However if they are top univ. like fairfield, or trinity college, then you can get in fairly easily.
From the classes you gave, I am assuming you want to get into an undergrad business program. Below is a list of the hardest to get into:
UConn
2.
Fairfield
Quinnipiac
Sacred Heart
CCSU
SCSU
Prestige and Quality
UConn
2.
3.
Fairfield
Quinnipiac
If you are wondering why there are blank spots next to some of the numbers, it is because UConn Business is much much harder to get into and allllootttt more reputable. Not to say that those other schools are not good, though, because they are.
