<p>And for the record when I applied as a freshman last year I never remembered this much chaos. I heard on like February 3rd along with a bunch of other people. Everyone I remembered heard through their portal and then received a letter a few weeks later. There were never any messages posted on the portal like: ācheck back in 24ā or any of the other ones. You either had a decision or no decision. So I do feel sorry for all of you, hope for the best! </p>

<p>FINALLY says my application is complete and decision is in the mail. Anyone know how long it takes for a decision to be posted after that? </p>

<p>It took about a week after my portal changed to get it in the mail, in-state. I was able to see my decision a few days before I got the letter, though.</p>

<p>my D has check back in 24 hours. I canāt wait to be done with this. I am very disappointed with UCONN. </p>

<p>@miesha5 i think they are talking about the āpersonal informationā section on the main page of the student center where your mailing and permanent address are listed</p>

<p>it may mean your daughter has been accepted. good luck! hopefully my status will soon say ācheck back in 24 hoursā it has been almost two weeks since the initial notification date and weāre all STILL here waiting to hear back.</p>
