No chance, sorry....

i think he has a slight chance, i got in with 1140 and 3.3 gpa, u told me I had a 25% chance and i got in this year, (instate)
I wouldnt be shocked if you got rejected but I wouldnt be suprised either if you got in.

Damn, you should be able to pull at least a 23 ACT and a 500 on each section for a much better shot.

Did you get in?...or did you apply for regular decision?

UCONN is looking for a diverse student body. For me, it was most likely extracurriculars that got me my scholarship. You might get in, or may not.

How would he have gotten in already if most EA decisions are not yet sent out? I am still waiting on mine which was submitted by the December 1st deadline.

u have almost the exact some stats as i. except you have higher gpa and i have higher sats and much more honors and ap classes. i am stil waiting too

A lot of the EA's are out but more coming each day.

lol...im actually a girl.

but yeah, im not the world's greatest test taker. i wouldn't be surprised if i got deferred or rejected. :(

you will probably get into Uconn, but Storrs will be a bit tricky. Many people are waitlisted at Storrs, but get into regional campuses such as Avery Point. You can then try to transfer after a semester or two, but you would have to do very well it your classes.

Just a small piece of advise: If you get into Uconn Storrs (and I'm hoping you do!), you have to be a solid test taker if you want to do really well. Since it is a public school, most intro. classes are almost entirely test based. There are classes such as Chem 127Q which have very long and hard tests, and not being a "good" test taker will hurt you badly. I suggest doing all practice tests available and maybe consider picking up a stress management book. Good luck to you and all applicants!

if i get into storrs...it's a dream come true. it's not that i'm a bad test taker totally...just on the SAT. i'm pretty good on school based tests.

Keep us posted.
