Uconn and villanova are my top choices and I got into both. I'm majoring in economics and I need some help making a decision. Can anyone help me?

Villanova has a much more prestigous business school, so I would say go there if you have enough money for the price tag.

My D got into both as well. Received 1/2 tuition at UCONN and $2,000 at Villanova. She really wants Villanova but really I don’t know if I can justify the debt she will take on. I’m not sure it will really get her a higher paying job. My D will excell at both school.

My D got into UConn and Udel…money about the same…leaning towards UDel…thoughts?

Before my kids applied to College I set the rules Uconn I pay they pay the difference. My daughter wanted to go the Udel, after many fights she finally came to the conclusion that UCONN is a better school and cheaper. My son was accepted into University of Miami (FL) without a scholarship, UCONN gave him half tuition, he settled on University of Wisconsin and owes me 40K. I think university of Maryland business (smith) is better then villanova. Good luck

Probably not…my children both came to the same conclusion. One is VERY happy at the business school and knows many seniors with very good job offers. Son will follow in the Fall in the School of Engineering.

I know of kids who turned down Villanova for UCONN and love it there and are thriving
Deciding against a mountain of debt is their first good business decision…

Accepted at several colleges for BioMedical Engineering. UConn and WPI are the final contenders with two different cost sceniarios. Any comments on the BME program at UConn?
