Uconn, PennState or Binghamton ?

I have got admission in all 3, i would like to know your opinion on all the 3 universities, i will major in business(Finance), so information on each of the school's business program will be useful.
A major thing that concerns me is on campus jobs and placements after graduation.

Cost of attendance -- Binghamton - $28600
Penn state - $43000
Uconn - $42000

That means over 4 years, penn state n uconn are approx $52000 more than Binghamton, are they worth it? Right now, i am inclined towards Binghamton. None of the university provides financial aid to internationals

Please pals, shed every piece of info you can.

Thanks !

I live in Connecticut and my daughter goes to Uconn. She never was interested in sports but now she loves Basketball and Football, she goes to all the games. All three of my kids went on a visit to Binghamton, neither of my two older kids wanted to go there, its cold and dark. My son was accepted to all five schools he applied. 1) University of Miami (fl), he received no money(business School) (53K) 1A) University of Wisconsin (thats where he’s going) 3) Maryland 4) Penn State(Smeal) 5) Uconn(business School). If it were between Penn state and Uconn he would have gone to Uconn (with a big fight). I would pick Uconn, but for 42K I would have to think hard. UW is about 35K. Binghamton is good school. My sons friends who are on the bottom half of his class were accepted to Binghamton, but were rejected from Uconn. I don’t know why its easier to get into Binghamton out of state, but it harder to get into most state school from Out of state.

Binghamton if you care about quality of education and price. If all you look for is Basketball and destructive crazy Connecticut kids who drink and party hard but are also good students then you can go to UConn. My girlfriend goes there and she says that they have strong student life but that it is so “strong” that their Spring weekend had to be canceled because one or more students die every year and the celebrations turn into near riot situations and this year their suggesting students to simply go home.

The quality of education is great in the three school mentioned. It just depends what you are looking for.

The social life in Binghamton is not as good as Uconn but the price is way better and the quality of education is the same. Again, it depends what you search for. I visit Uconn from time to time and i can say that the student life is huge and that its all about the “Connecticut Huskies”. School pride is huge in Uconn thanks to the success of their M&W basketball programs who win the national championship almost every year including this 2011.

Ask me then I say Binghamton due to price preference over drinking and partying and craziness. Everybody has their preferences.
