Does anyone know if UCR Faststart program for whom are interested in medical school is really helpful or just waste of time?

I’m willing to know too!

If you need critical attention to those subject fields, it may be worth a shot. I didn’t think it was necessary because the classes really start from the basics. As long as you keep up with the materials given, you should have nothing to worry about.

Regarding medical school: If you’re really set on it, my one piece of advice is to take things slowly until you know you can handle it. GPA is unfortunately a major part of the admissions criteria and it cannot be reset. A lot of my friends dropped out of the pre-med track throughout the years and I’m sure you’ll experience the same thing. Take your time.

Thank you! I really appreciate your help!
