Hey everyone,

This is just a quick heads up for anyone coming to UCR in the Winter quarter or who is already here. Basically the Gamers Guild has been around since the late 80's and membership had changed hands to make sure the club ran smoothly. However, back in 2007 the club did not renew itself and was on it's way to being forgotten.

Now we are looking to get back to being a registered club so we can continue to be a place where people have had fun at UCR for almost 20 years. Whether you are into tabletop, card games, miniatures, or even LARP, we'll have something for you.

If anyone is interested, please feel free to e-mail us at:

ucrgamersguild@hotmail.com

There will be someone to answer any questions or provide you with any info that you need.

Good luck to anyone coming here and hope to hear from you all soon.

Just an update to this. We were able to get the club re-registered and the first meeting is on the 5th of February in Sproul Hall Room 3140 from 6-7 PM. If you are on campus and haven’t been able to find a group of people to play a game with or you are a group of people that play a certain game and want a place that you can play during weekend nights, you now have a place on campus.

If you have any other questions send an e-mail to our new address(Hotmail was acting up):

Looking forward to seeing some of you next Friday.

Cool. I never visit these forums. I’ll give you guys a visit tomorrow if I remember. I most likely won’t though because I have horrible short term memory. I’m just here to express my interest.

This group is sooo cool, they have made this school suck so much less that im actually neutral now in my attitude .

How is the group doing so far? Do you have lots of members, or at least active members?
