so i'm just an average student but is willing to work hard. If I am planning on going to pharmacy school after getting my BS in biochemistry, should I go to Riverside or SD? UCSD is my dream school, yet I have a feeling that I'll be struggling to pass the classes, and I don't like the idea of better at the bottom quartile or whatever. and I am aware that pharm school looks at GPA most.

I have a question too.. UCSD has a pharmacy school. does going to ucsd for undergrad give you a better shot at going to their pharmacy school? or does it not matter?

actually, i think sometimes going to the same school can hurt your chances of getting to its professional schools. but you might need to check with ucsd

you'll be fine. you got in for a reason didn't you?

as long as you're willing to work hard you'll succeed. there's a lot of tutoring and other programs around if you need help.

if ucsd is your dream school, pick it over ucr. you don't want to regret it later and wonder for the rest of your life what would've happened if you picked ucsd.

If you're absolutely sure you want pharmacy school, check out UCSD's seven year BS-Pharm D. program.
