I have taken college in Canada for two years but messed up badly in the classes I have taken there. Now, I am taking CC
in California and have a GPA of 3.49 from just the classes taken here in my CC. My question is "Will the UC's look at the GPA from the classes I have taken in Canada and add it into the GPA I have taken in my community college and look at the new GPA? or "Will they just consider the GPA of the classes taken in my CC in California?" Please and thank you for your response

You have to submit all transcripts from all colleges attended as a transfer, so all your classes will be considered in your GPA.

So, what if i have a legitimate reason for messing up the classes I have taken in Canada. Will the UC’s discard looking at them and just look at the 3.49 GPA i got in California? Because if i add up the GPA together from Canada and CC, I would have 3.0 GPA and that is not good

The UCs will consider all your classes but will only use the latest GPA.
