Hello. I currently have a 3.3 GPA and have tagged UCSB for its accounting and econ major. The Assist.org website says that for this major, you need ATLEAST a 2.75 gpa in macro econ, micro econ, and a math class ( I took business calc).
My problem is that a C in microeconomics has me set at a 2.72 GPA for those 3 classes. My question is, will having a 2.72 instead of a 2.75 revoke acceptance.
It might, if that is what is stated in their website. You need to ask your counselor at school to intervene and see if this can be mitigated in some way. You are so close that I am sure it can be worked out.
Bump
How can anyone here give you a definitive answer? You or your GC need to talk to the college. It will be entirely their decision.
Worrying too much until tuesday, lol
Spoke to admissions… apparently 2.72 is no good
