UCSB chances

I was wondering what my chances of getting into UCSB are.

CA resident, jewish, have a single parent,

I slacked off during my first two years of high school and got a cumulative GPA of 3.038, but now I am getting down to Business and on my last report card got a 4.0 with three weighted classes, two of them being AP Bio and APUSH. I am apart of my schools AFS, Spanish and World Without Boarders clubs. I am active in my Church, and occasionally volunteer. i haven't taken the SATs yet but i could probably score somewhere around an 1800. i have wrestled and played baseball throughout my high school career.

I know my resume so far is sub par for getting into a well known UC like UCSB but...

i am currently taking night school to get the required civics and econ out of the way, over the summer i am going to take English four and graduate from my high school in three years. i am doing this because i am going to study abroad for my entire senior year in Spain, where i would be taking a full work load. i am going abroad with AFS and i was wondering if THIS was going to be enough to make my application stand out. I know that UCSB is the headquarters for the entire UC college exchange program, and was wondering if this might have anything to do with my acceptance.

i will have taken three years of spanish,4 CP english, Chem, Bio, AP bio, APUS, up to pre cal in math, and ceramics. plus the courses that i take in Spain.

its my dream to hang with the Guacho, do i have a good chance?

You need to give us your UC GPA, that's what that school looks at. It ignors freshman and senior year grades and gives points for certain honors and AP classes. You need an SAT score or ACT to go there as well. No one can chance you without that information.
