Hey guys! I got an email saying that I got into the HonorsSociety.org program at UCSB. It said
Congratulations! Based on your academic achievements, you have been accepted to the HonorSociety­.org member society. Accepting this distinction connects you with with like-minded high achievers from University Of California Santa Barbara and across the nation, both in person and through our society’s web portal.

HonorSociety­.org is the preeminent organization dedicated to recognition of student success, and to empower students to achieve through scholarship, recognition, exclusive privileges, job opportunities and more.

Does this mean anything and does it mean I got into the school?

Search the forums for honorssociety.org; they are not part of UCSB. I am sorry they were so deceiving :frowning:

Sounds like a scam to get your “membership” money

Not sure, but I thought UCSB indicates honors college on the day they release (this Tuesday, the 22nd of March)
