Two days ago I put off studying for a physics exam until the day itself, and then I found out UCLA was releasing decisions that afternoon too. Guess how prepared I walked into that exam… Lol.</p>

My friend in UCLA (transfered last year) just called. I told her our discussion abt the housing mail, and she’s like “It happens every year----They send them to whom they will reject, too”. Damn. Who should I believe in? She breaks my dream! Sigh.</p>

I know they sometimes send out mass email to everyone
but still i was optimistic
now i’m nervous…</p>
<p>idk… I still think it’s a good sign, I don’t see why they would wait until the very end and only send it to a few people that were going to be rejected?</p>
<p>The wording of the email is what makes me think it was sent to accepted people.</p>
<p>Yeah it doesn’t make any sense to send it to people now why not days ago if they were going
to send it to everyone not to mention it doesn’t say anything like this email does not mean you’re admitted</p>
<p>Got the email at 6:00 pm. Still pending.</p>
<p>If this is good news that would be so amazing, would make my year.</p>
<p>They’ve been rejecting people since day one they’re not like ucsd who saves rejections for last and alot
of applicants they were saving till the end to see if thy had room for us I know this because that’s what the councelor told me and maybe they had room for a majority of the people that were still left at the end like all of us</p>
<p>yeah thats a good point baysleas1! I got an email from the econ department a few weeks ago and it said “This is not a letter of acceptance” twice.</p>
<p>Hope they are reasonable while giving this email.!
