<p>Hey I was just wondering if anyone knew any of the EAP's policies regarding transfers, specifically in their first quarter or two that want to study abroad?</p>

<p>Say a student enters in the Fall and wants to study abroad for the winter quarter would they be allowed to or...?</p>
