I messed up my first few semesters in ccc but worked really hard these past semesters to raise up my gpa.
I got accepted into my dream school but I might lose eligibility?
Concerning GPA:
“Earn an overall minimum 3.20 GPA in all UC-transferable coursework by the end of fall 2016
AND maintain a minimum overall 3.20 GPA through the end of spring 2017”
For spring 2017, why don’t they say UC-transferable coursework?
Are they looking at overall GPA or just UC-transferable GPA?
the people that know work in UCSB admissions. If you want to know the rules, ask them. If you want to see what people here guess they will say, post away.
I would assume UC-transferable, as that’s all they care about, but mikemac is right - just shoot them an email and verify.
UPDATE: from a sample provisional contract–
You must complete all UC-transferable courses in the Winter and/or Spring 2009 terms with a 3.0 or higher GPA and no grade lower than a C. Immediately contact your Admissions Officer if you will not be able to meet this condition.
