UCSB Transfer Dilemma

I am considering UCSB as a school that I could potentially transfer to.
This late in the game, I do not have many pre-reqs completed.
By the time that the end of spring '13 rolls around, I will have 2/5 completed, potentially 3/5.
As a psych major, currently sustaining a 3.8, will I have a shot at being accepted at UCSB.
Opinions?
Thanks!

If it gives you any hope, I have a 3.30 UC GPA and applied as a Psych major and got accepted to UCSB. I only had 2/5 pre-reqs done (Intro to Psych and Statistics).

I was accepted to UCSB with 3.7 as a Global Studies Major and Anthropology missing one pre-req.

You definitely have more than just a chance. With that GPA, you could into UCLA or UCB if you wanted to if you had their pre-reqs done.
