<p>Hey there! I'm a transfer student from the Bay Area who just got accepted to UCSB for the fall! I'm looking at apartments (preferably in Isla Vista), but I need advice for what apartments would be best.
I love to have a good time, but I'm serious about my studies. I really rely on a quiet environment and would prefer somewhere that isn't completely immersed in the party scene. Any tips or advice would be much appreciated!</p>
