UCSB Transfers. Roommates, Housing, Residence Halls, apartments, I.V?

Where do you guys want to live?

Residence Halls? If so, which ones?
Santa Ynes Apts?
Isla Vista apts?
House?

I'm trying to find a roommate to live with in the New Tahitian apartments, they're so nice. I'd much rather have my own place than the dorms, (cheaper + more freedom + you can call it your home!) it's 3 blocks west of the campus located in Isla Vista. Not too loud/rowdy but only down the street for D.P where the parties are.

I Formulated a general Roomie Bio for anyone who would be down. :)

Hi there Alain,
I just checked out the Tahitian Apartments at UCSB and wow, it’s beautiful. Do you know how close it is to campus though? Is it expensive?

Hi Alain!
I’m from Orange County too and I also transferring to UCSB this Fall '12. I’m looking for housing and have two options so far but these apartments look pretty nice. Do you know how much pricing is?
