UCSB vs. UCI vs. U of I Urbana Champaign

<p>The currents schools I have in mind are
University of California Santa Barbara
University of California Irvine
University of Illinois Urbana Champaign</p>

<p>I plan to major in Engineering (computer). I also plan to do really well in college and get good grades to transfer to a better school. So just wondering, which of these schools, is the best academically, undergrad and grad, (and maybe higher acceptance rate to transfer to I'm thinkin big schools like Berkeley or Cornell!!).</p>

<p>Agreed!! Even though academically, UIUC is head and shoulders above UCSB or UCI when it comes to Engineerings.</p>
