UCSC to UCLA transfer chances

Hi everyone! I just finished my freshman year at UCSC. I love it here but UCLA has always been my dream school so I am applying again just for the heck of it. I was wondering if anyone could help chance me, or just give some advice!
Currently,
I am a Psychology major at UCSC. I have a 3.975 GPA (the 75th percentile for psych admits at UCLA is 3.95), and the lowest grade I have gotten this year is a A- in my Post Colonial Latin American History Class. I will have completed all of my GE requirements by next quarter so I can get the letter of reciprocity and be exempt from GE’s at UCLA. I have completed most of the pre-reqs for Psych at UCLA and I am only missing Chem/BIO (which I am not taking until I know I am transferring or else it is a waste because I don’t need it at UCSC).
I am really involved in on-campus activities. I am going to be the co-chair/president of a cultural club on campus for Salvadoran students. I went on a trip to D.C winter quarter of my freshman year as a part of this club to advocate for the end to deportations. I am also a part of a program for high achieving students on campus where I am able to do research and field study. I was an intern for the ACLU this last quarter, and researched immigration.
I play the flute and run a small club over the summer that educates young children on the value of music. I helped my friends start a club on campus for mentoring students in Compton, it has not started yet. I am also going to be working with the Counseling and Psychological Services as a peer educator next year. I was interviewed to be a mentor for the undocumented student services, but I have not heard back yet. I am a recipient of TheDream.US (the nationally acclaimed scholarship for undocumented students) and I have a full ride to UCSC, but if I did transfer to UCLA, I would lose the scholarship because it is not a partner school.
Some background, I am an undocumented first generation immigrant from a low-income family. I applied to UCLA right out of HS, but my grades and SAT scores were not the best. I was admitted to UCSB/UCSC/UCR/CSULB etc. I chose UCSC because I currently have a full ride scholarship. Sorry this was long, Thank you!
