UCSD Admitted - Academic History question

I emailed UC Info back in december regarding a course change. I accidentally added a course in my 10th grade of high school. I selected Contemporary World Studies AS (which is only a 1 semester course) and i told them i received an A in my spring semester. However, THE REAL course that I took was Modern World History AS and received A's for both semesters. UC info said they will report that to the schools, but I highly doubt they did since they have to deal with so many issues.

In my UC Application that I submitted, this was what my 10th grade looked like

course:
Contemporary world studies AS
fall semester: none; spring semester: A
Modern World History AS 1-2
fall semester:A; spring semester: none
(along with other courses)

What i wanted to change was: remove Contemporary world studies AS and replace that missing grade with an A in spring semester Modern World History AS 2. Do you think this will affect my admission to UCSD? I got in for Molecular Synthesis. To me, this seems like a small course discrepancy. The points for these courses should be the same. And it's not like I lied about receiving an extra A since no grade was reported in Modern World History AS 2. Anybody know what might happen? thanks!

If you changed it on your application and UC info said they would deal with it, then that’s their problem. Don’t bring it up unless someone brings it up with you. Keep a copy of the correspondence in which UC info said they would make the changes. If you’re really worried about it, give a call to UCSD admissions and tell them. I honestly don’t even know the difference between those two courses and I doubt it matters. They aren’t relevant to your major, aren’t weighted (AP, honors, etc), and you didn’t make up a grade, just put the right one in the wrong course. I’d say you’re fine.

Awesome! thanks! I’ll just let them deal with it.
