UCSD is my number one school as of now and it would mean a lot if someone could chance me. I am a CA resident and didn’t ask for financial aid.

Are you a junior or senior? If you are a junior then you can strengthen your chances by retaking the ACT, but if you are a senior then there is not much else you can do. Based on your stats, you seem to be a competitive applicant. Best of Luck
I think you have a really good chance of getting in! I got in Fall 2016 with a lower SAT score (in relation to your ACT) and GPA than you have.
Also, UCSD admits you to the school, then places you in your major. So, no matter what major you choose, your chances of getting in are the same. I am confident that you will get in for your intended major since it isn’t capped!
