I`m interested in majoring in biology (eventually want to go to medical school) and UCSD is my top choice so far - just not sure how to narrow down my choices between the 6 colleges they have. Any suggestions?

If you can, go visit it. I went to UCSD with my little brother because he wanted to apply and the information sessions were very… informative haha. As far as I understood it though, you can pick whichever of the 6 you want, and then proceed to whichever major you’d like. If I were you, I’d just pick the one that sounds most interesting. For example, I don’t like Art or English/Writing, so I’d skip Muir and Warren. I like politics, history, and science, so I’d probably pick Roosevelt if I could.
For some reason, everybody seems to like Muir, so that seems to be a good default option. When we visited (my son was accepted but declined the offer) Muir seemed to be the nicest of the colleges visually. Also, i seem to recall that the GenEd requirements seemed to be the most flexible. Also, according to the USCD website “Last but not least, Muir is the closest college to the beach!”!
