I'm applying to UCSD for the Fall 2012 and wondering what college should I choose since I don't know much about them. My major is Biology and I want to know which college is the best fit for me.

I’ll direct your attention over here:
http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/university-california-san-diego/1236786-college-relatively-undecided-applicant.html

basically all colleges are great for bio majors. You will find a lot of helpful info in the link i gave you.
One thing i would suggest, is you look through the GE’s for each college as well as their “themes” and “traditions” and choose the college you wish to be a part of. Trust me, college is much more then majors; it’s a whole new chapter in your life. So you dont want to be stuck in a crummy college dorm that doesn’t appeal to you just because of your major. That ruins everything.

however, Muir has the least amount of GE’s and Revelle and ERC the most.
So yeah, look over the themes and GE’s of the colleges, look at the link i gave you and if you would love more info, post back and we will all help you find that ideal college :)

If your school has one of those UCSD college brochure things, use that or else the internet as usual is a great source.
Ill get you started :D

read each carefully; you will gain a lot of info.
I honestly like ERC a lot [though the MMW does have pros and cons] and i am a pharm. chem major.
But like i said, it all depends on the colleges “themes” and “traditions” and “GE’s” that interest you :D, not the major :p

probably and most likely revelle

^lol i was gonna write that when i wrote my post, but i completely forgot at the end :P
