UCSD declaring a major

<p>I went undeclared at UCSD and I'm think about engineering... I got into UIUC for engineering already so obviously that's a better choice for both majors
I just want to make sure that if i decide on ucsd with all the big deal they make about impacted majors, that I will be able to declare a EE major or CS major after I am accepted to the college undeclared? Thanks!</p>
