hi im attending UCSD as a freshman this year and i was waiting for my IB scores to be received by the school.
the deadline was July 15 and the school website still shows me that the school hasn’t got my score.
my high school counselor told me that the scores will be automatically sent to the college when the scores are out (meaning i dont have to request IBO to send my score) but now that it’s almost august, im worried sick.
my other high school friends who are going to other UC schools say their schools didn’t get their scores too.
i haven’t got any emails from the school yet but im pretty sure that they will very soon.
should i call the school and ask them about my score being received??!?
are there anyone in similar situation as me? please help guys!!!
Don’t worry. It takes a long time for them to make it into the system and onto your MyTritonLink. I think my son’s did not show up til mid-August.
oh god i found out another thing just right now through my high school counselor. when i logged into my ib account and clicked on the transcript part, there was no list or anything about my score being sent to another institution. so i called my high school counselor and told me that she might have not requested to the IB.
so i just had to request the IB by myself and sent the score just now. IB tells me that it takes 14 business days to be delivered. the due date was the 17th and now its 28th. the score is going to be arrive around August 10th.
should i call the college to explain my situation or should i just stay quiet until the receive my scores??
