@itskelvinn we are a microclimate, someone in la jolla will have a different climate than someone in kearney mesa, than someone in eastlake, than someone in SDSU than someone in pacific beach and point loma
yes we were in a dought, but we’re next to the ocean, we’re a freaking beach, you can’t call us a desert, there are no joshua trees here
we are a chaparral not a desert, unless you go hella east past the casinos and past julian and past the mountains and stuff
i spent a week in the desert past san bernardino and it made my mouth dry out and stuff, it is much dryer in an actual desert than how it is here. yes we’re dry but we’re not desert dry
Is there a chance that UCSD will post decisions today? I thought one of you guys called the admission office and they said it will post today rather than tomorrow. Thanks and I’ll let you guys get back to your debate.

@littlebuns I’m from Beaumont, CA. UCLA is my top choice because it’s far enough away from my house that my parents aren’t hollering, but it’s close enough so I can still do laundry and get home cooked meals haha. Second choice is UCB, third choice UCSD. I got into UCSD in March too, so at least I know I have a spot somewhere. Wbu?
@LynAmmo that’s so cool that you live at the perfect distance from LA! I’m so jealous!! UCLA is definitely my top choice (super nervous about tomorrow because I’m still going to check my portal tomorrow night), but SD is my second! it’s such a huge relief to know about the results of at least one campus omg

From what I’ve heard San Diego got some awesome tacos
