<p>Haha dude this only means they’ll be releasing transfer decisions with more care, meaning they’ll take their time. </p>

<p>this was a horrible thing to do…My younger sister recieved the letter and called me screaming and crying that she actually got in…a few hours later she AGAIN called me screaming and crying that it was a mistake… <em>sigh</em> :[</p>
