UCSD: Good fit for me?

<p>Income: High Middle Class</p>

<p>Grade: 9th (I just am very interested in colleges right now :D)</p>

<p>School: Joel Barlow High School (One of the best public high schools in CT)</p>

<p>Major of Interest: Biology (with a focus on Bioinformatics)</p>

<p>Personality: I am a introvert who likes to think rather than talk. I love to develop plugins for Bukkit, a Minecraft Mod forums with JavaScript and I love animals.</p>

<p>Grades: Right now I am taking 2 AP classes and I am doing well in them, I hope to continue my grades for the rest of the year: UW GPA: 3.77, W GPA: 4.1</p>

<p>The best way to determine if a school is a good fit, is to visit. Repost at the end of your Junior year with your UC GPA, Unweighted GPA, SAT/ACT scores and EC’s. Too early to tell if any school is a “good fit”.</p>

<p>Take hard classes, I’m a senior and just wish I took harder classes when I was a freshman and sophomore. You’ll get a true sense if its a good school for you when you become a junior and senior, if you’re an introvert, then UCSD is good.</p>

Joel Barlow does not offer AP classes until junior year.
