UCSD Jacobs Scholarship

<p>I recently found out about the Jacobs Scholarship at UCSD, but there wasn't much information online. Can anyone clarify a couple things for me?</p>

<ol>
<li><p>What exactly is considered about a student when awarding the scholarship? Grades? Essay? Work experience?</p></li>
<li><p>How many people get it/what's the chance of getting it?</p></li>
<li><p>This may be a hard question, but what may be the chances of me getting it? I have 2 months of work experience in the computer engineering field (I can get a great rec from the CEO of the company if required). 800 Math II SAT, 2280 SAT, 3.92 UW GPA and made a website about cybersecurity which was featured on newspapers.</p></li>

<p>You would be more likely to get information regarding this scholarship if you posted the question in the UCSD forum. There may be some folks there that have direct experience with that scholarship. Good Luck!!</p>
