I got admitted to UCSD Communication and NYU Steinhardt Media, Culture, and Communication and am torn between the two choices. I am an international student so UCSD’s tuition would be high but not as high as NYU. However, I am interested in advertising/marketing and public relations and I heard UCSD’s Comm doesn’t offer a track in that area whereas NYU’s does. It also seems like NYU has more internship opportunities. NYU appeals to me slightly more in the academics sector but UCSD seems to offer a better “college experience” (e.g. campus, socal weather, beach) not to mention a cheaper tuition. HELP?
