<p>I have a dilemma; I can't decide between UC San Diego and UC Santa Barbara.
Any insight anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated!
At Santa Barbara I would be an English/Lit. Major and am considering applying for the College of Creative Studies at SB. At San Diego I would be the same major at Roosevelt, which was my first choice.
I know SD is not known for humanities but SB actually has a good English program. However, the reputation with SD is better. However, I don't like the idea of the whole anti social atmosphere but I'm not actually a wild Isle La Vista party girl either. I've been to both campuses and liked them both, so now I'm at a crossroads.
Any advice? Please?</p>
<p>They are both so evenly ranked it isn’t that big a deal but UCSD does have a great English Dept and I would opt there if Santa Barbara wasn’t so awesome.</p>
