So I heard that new incoming transfers will be placed into triples instead of doubles this year and it will only be a little bit cheaper than doubles. Is it better to live off campus instead? How are the apartments for off campus living near the school?

That’s what I am thinking. I was tossing back and forth with the idea of staying on campus or getting a place off campus but, I’m not about to live in a triple. I already felt that I was going to be a little too old to have a roommate in a dorm, I’ll be 25. Now, I know for sure that I am too old to live in a single room with 2 other people. So it looks like it’s off campus for me.

The University Town Center area is FULL of apartments! They aren’t cheap because it’s near the university. It will probably run you about 1k to 1500 per month. You should be able to find roommates.
