UCSD vs UCSB for Psychology

I've been accepted to both universities but at community college I had been following the coursework for UCLA and UC Berkeley (to which I was not accepted to) so my coursework is not transferring neatly to either school,
If I transferred to UCSD, which I've heard is a better school, I would need to take 5 lower division classes still (2 calculus, 2 biology, and 1 computer programing).
However if I go to UCSB which I have heard has a less well known psychology program I would only need 2 lower division courses and I would be able to start attending in the summer to complete those before fall.
At UCSD for financial reasons I'm not able to start during summer quarter and would have to wait until fall to start trying to and make up some of those lower division courses.
I know I will be going to Grad school after I graduate... however I don't know what my best option is right now.
