<p>Hey guys.. So I've been waitlisted at UCSD, and I'm wondering when the decisions will be out. Last year, it seems like the decisions were given out around April 22-23, as people were posting about their acceptances around then.. Also, I heard a LOT of people were admitted off the waitlist this year.. Do you guys think that will be the case this year?</p>
<p>Same question. I also saw a lot of activity on last years frosh post for waitlist around this time, any insite? Like what is the target # and where are they at as of today. Also I see alot of transfer students being waitlisted this week. Are the two catagories merged or are they 2 seperate pools of waitlisted canditates?</p>

<p>go to the search page and look for something titled to the effect of “decisions 2012” or “accepted 2012” etc</p>
<p>i heard that they will start informing people if they get in from the waitlist “no sooner than may 1 and no later than june 1”
anyone else want to verify this?</p>

<p>Well my guess is that their system isn’t very complex and our appeal was treated just like a rejected applicant’s appeal, therefore, we get the same message too. But in the end, I guess it doesn’t really matter anyways.</p>
