<p>thanks gables79, I agree with nine9knives. Our viewpoint right now is we need ot get into college. I honoestly don’t want to end up a the community college here where I am. It’s not all that great. I know I have potential to go to a university and that’s where I’m hoping to end up. I guess when we do look back, we will think “that wasn’t even anything to have worried about.” But as of now, I’m so stressed and nervous it’s ridiculous lol. Hopefully this feeling I’ve been having for the past several months will disipate friday evening:) Good luck to everyone!!</p>
<p>gables79 I agree with the others. I am 52 ouch, I graduated from UF in 1981 and the day I received my acceptance letter was huge. Looking back at it now. You are correct it was not a life changer.</p>
<p>However in the life of an 18 year old it is a huge event. And we must keep in mind that getting into UF now is much more difficult than in the past.</p>
<p>You guys have every right to be nervous. But gables79 has a point 15 years from now you will look back on this week and say: what was all the fuss about?</p>

<p>I am so nervous!!! less than 48 hours…not sleeping til then probably haha. fingers crossed!! this is my #1 school and last one to find out… so nervous, it seems like UF has pretty random acceptance rates 
and its really hard for people to get in from my school…last year only like 14 people were accepted out of 250 :/</p>

<p>The deciison come out at 6pm, but sometimes it could come out earlier. Last year it happended, so it could be around late 5pm, or something. But the official time is 6pm, Hope I could help. good luck!!</p>

<p>I’m really nervous! I wasn’t really sweating it until these past few days. I thought i was going to get in for sure. but i keep doubting myself more and more. About 75% of the kids who apply from my school get in, so i hope i’m one of them! It would be pretty embarrassing if i didn’t get in.</p>
<p>I was looking at some chart from UF and it was rather interesting. I believe it said 241 people applied with atleast a 31 ACT and out of those 218 were accepted. I’m rather confident, but honestly you never know.</p>
<p>Ok guys we are now down to hours I think? Well 1 day and some hours lol. Everyone seems to have the anxious feeling and you guys are making me more anxious lol. The new 2011 OFFICIAL UF DECISIONS THREAD is up:) so go check it out!</p>

<p>Just offering some perspective. Of course it is the biggest thing in your young lives, but remember that if your good, you will be successful regardless of where you go to school. Passion, heart, determination and throw in a little faith while you are at it. Good luck to all!</p>
<p>Smile, if you do have to use your phone then I recommend waiting like a hawk here for someone to post if the results are up and have the website and everything all set so all you have to do is click “go” or whatever.</p>
<p>If the results come a bit early, the majority of the people will be waiting till 6 and it’ll clog the system then. If you get it early, your phone will work.</p>

<p>Reginaphalange, I’m not sure, Over the past couple of years, we have see that the results come out a few minutes before the actual time, which is 6pm. So maybe you could strt trying around 4:50 and around 5pm up until 6pm. Hopefully you get in first because some people have said the site crashes because of so many people trying to log in. Maybe you can be the person who tells us its up lol:)</p>
<p>I know I’m super late but I logged on to check my status for the 1st time & it says that they are reviewing my college credits for transferring. Also, the major that I picked is very important because I should have been completing the prerequisites. </p>
<p>I know I applied as a Freshy… Did I mess up or what?</p>
<p>There is nothing to look at. I have checked my status and also clicked enrollment for admitted students.</p>
