Yes FLFriend, admission decisions were let out earlier last year. Probably around 5 ish? That will most likely happen again this year.

If it was 515 in 08, 5 last year then it’s only logical that ours is out at 4:52 right?

Less than 3 days guys!!

:)

lol jcold9. i hope. But thats true the time they say never happens. the same thing happended with me and fsu, they the said decision would be released at 12am. Why so late? I have no clue why FSU releases that late. anyways, hopefully 4:52 is the release time, heck let’s just make it 4 o’ clock and i told you guys the week would go by fast. I mean look, it’s almost wednesday:)

FSU said 12, but at 5 or so (can’t remember) the decisions were out. I’m not holding my breath for UF being out 7 hours early haha

I thought it was after 6? anywho, no matter what the time, that server is gonna crash! So many people have been looking forward to this UF day since like 5th grade!

Hey everyone I think UF changed the admissions page and added some new photos if you’d like to check it out. It’s when you first go onto the site and click undergraduate admissions.

UF posted their admissions results today!

in my dream last night. This is the 2nd night I dreamt this and every time I see I got rejected and wake up with my heart pounding haha

I have the exact same dreams. lol I’ve had 2 dreams where I get rejected.
But in the end I turn out really happy because the university I decide to attend was really nice. It kinda gives me comfort in the end

I’ve never had a dream about that lol. One night I was like please give me a hint to attending UF, if I attend. And that night I had a dream about a barn and looking for my horse, which i don’t have lol. Later on as I was looking at UF’s campus, I saw they had a barn for the Vet school. I was like ok if that’s the hint I might get in, that please please let it be true! :)

I think my dream was telling me even if I did not get in, things would end up being just fine. (Told some friends in gville about this. They were not too happy.)

Well I’m glad you have a solid standing on this:) I’m nervous as nervous could be lol. I do hope you get into the school you wish to go to:)

What’s that website to check our status’ ? I’m confused with the whole Gatorlink and ISIS thing.

Never mind, found it.

Can anyone else NOT SLEEEP?

…and the hours countdown begins. ^^
I’m so nervous =/

the website I meant.
I hope you all get in. I’m nervous for Saturday (ACT) . I’m soo ready to be done with it forever.

Yes the hours contundown does begin:) when todays is finished, we have one day left!!

I read these posts and I am amazed by the stress and near panic that I read. Take it from somebody in their late 40s, getting into your college of choice is nice but not getting in is not the end of your world. When I look out at my colleagues, where they went to school is rarely of significance compared to their passion and desire. I have seen some Ivy leagues fail miserably and be outperformed by the guy who went to community college. All of you guys sound like fantastic kids. Somehow the prospects of my retirement look better when I read your resumes!

thank you for your concern gables79 hopefully we will be fine. ;)

^^lol yeah true, but I guess from our perspective, we don’t have the capacity to look back on our lives yet to really contemplate (I mean really really :)) what is important because we haven’t really lived that long or experienced as much (as you or others)… and it seems that for the last 18 years or so, we have been going to school for one of the main goals of getting into college to set ourselves up for a nice dream job. So, compared to what has been going on in most of our lives, this moment seems like a huge step, so it’s natural to feel really anxious. Our environment will change, our foundation will change, our perspective might change. But I’m sure another 18 years from now, I’ll truly understand that it wasn’t really important what school I got into or what my end goals were, but what is truly important in life is passion - and that determines whether or not I truly succeed.

UF!UF! almost one day :D
