I’m so lost right now as to which school to decide I want to go into business, international business to be precise. and I got accepted into both schools. I was wondering if attending FSU for my undergrad would make a difference in which graduate school I would want to attend, such as UF graduate school, or should I attend both UF for my undergrad and graduate degree. and also can some post the PRO’S and CON’S of each
I believe UF Warrington school of bus. is rated higher, but when I think of international business I think of FIU and UM. My son is going to major in econ at FSU, he was accepted to both but liked the campus much better. Also, UF is defunding their econ grad program, not a good indicator. Plus FSU made a financial offer we couldn’t refuse.
UF has a much stronger Business program, especially in the areas of Accounting, Finance, Marketing, and Real Estate.
If you do go with UF, look into the combine degree’s. If you meet the requirements, UF will alloy you to start on your Masters, while taking undergraduate classes. Some of your upper level classes will count toward your BS and Master’s degree (overlap classes). Instead of graduating in 4 years with a BS, you graduate in 5 years with a BS and Master’s.

Attending FSU for your undergrad should not make a difference in which graduate school you end up attending. It’s your grades and GRE score (and possibly EC’s, like internships) that matter.
FSU also offers a “Certificate in International Business”.
