Ok, so Junior Year was my worst year of high school. I didnt do poorly by any stretch, but I had 4 As and 3 Bs on the year, and a C my first semester in Chemistry that I later raised to a B. My traget school is the University of Texas. Im in everywhere else, but I havent heard from them yet. At the start of my senior year, I started really working hard. I studied a ton, and I quit playing basketball to give myself more time. I got 6 As and 1 B, the B being in AP Calculus; and the B was higher than I'd gotten in PreCalc my Jr. year. Back on December 1 was the UT scholarship deadline. I was hesitant to apply because I knew I could make a better first impression if I sent in my first semester Sr year grades, and my new SAT score. So today I check my application status, and I realized that I never did send my transcript from after 1st semester Sr year, all Texas has is my Sr schedule. I share a car with my family and only drive on wekends when everyone doesnt have work/errands/dinner, etc, so I didnt go out to the Dallas office tos end all my stuff out. Apparently there was a miscommunication, because my mom never sent out my Sr grades. My Sr. grades are MUCH better than my Jr grades, and they raised my GPA an entire half point. But the catch is that my HS counselor misprinted my GPA after Jr. year 0.75 pts in my favor. So today I let my mom have it over the whole ordeal, and she said she doesnt know why I'd want to send an updated transcript that shows a GPA down .25 points.

My whole argument is that I wanted Texas to see the marked improvement over my worst year of HS. Are they going to notice the miscalculation on my Jr year GPA though and think my GPA went down? And if I did want to send in an updated transcript, is it too little too late?
