UGHHH BORDERLINE grades --- one test means all

I am so worried right now, of course, who else can i share this with except my CC people! well...i took my first ap this year ..ap euro, and literally no one has an "a" in thgat class and worked my butt off for that class, and i managed to recieve the A. but, now my math grade is suffering because i ended up getting a "b" on a test that was forty percent of our grade...and i must admit alg. II is getting harder and harder, and we hve one more test next week that is also worth under the same weight....any consolation????

My straight A daughter also just got a B on her Alg II test and is very bummed out. Also has a test next week. So you have company. Doesn't misery love company?

The good thing about Algebra is that all you need to do is practice... A LOT. Make all the mistakes on your practices and you will make fewer on the actual test. Good luck!

Borderline grades, you are speaking to the right person...
Right now, I have a 91 AVG in AP English Lang/Comp, a 90 average in AP Chem, and a 90 average in AP Physics B. Our school has a 91-100 A scale, 81-90 B scale.
My grades are up to the exams... I swear to God, if I can get an A in 2/3 of those borderline classes, I will stop procrastinating next semester. I just took the AP English Lang/Comp exam, and I thought I did alright, but I don't think I completely aced it.

88.9 in AP World - the hardest class in the school. She hasn't given anyone an A in 3 years. Yes, ridiculous.
92.7 in AP Stats - I have the highest grade in the class. The final, about 35% of our grade this quarter, was really hard but I still think I did good.

In the rest of my classes I have high A's.

I have a C in Calculus and my teacher wants me to drop it second semester. Hell. No.

I know that I can actually pass the class if I studied on my own, but I'd just...rather...you know, learn Calc in my Calc CLASS. My teacher doesn't teach and I have other things that need to be done in my free time.

I have an 88 in Alg. 2 and the one last test next week will decide my fate. (nail biting) Ugh that means I get to study this weekend.

When do your marking periods end? Mine doesn't until Jan 18, so although I have high B's in most of my classes and actually a low B it's just because I was slacking and I no I'll have at least mostly A's by the end of the marking period

90.03 MA honors <<<After I got a 98 on the test.
91 AP Comp Sci
90.2 AP Chem
91 AP English
87 APUSH

those grades weighted or UW?

UW if you were talking to me.

Here's a good plan for success in Alg II. Take pre-calc the year before. :D

The 1st semester at my school ends on December 20th. Our finals week was this week though.

Talk about borderline grades... I need to get a 100% on the final to get an A in ap physics...

I need an A or a high B to help maintain a decent grade in IB pre-calc.

I have a 73 in AP Physics B after the last test on electricity TT, and our final is on Tuesday. It's worth 20% of our grade. Would an A on that bring my grade back up to a B? I'm studying really hard for it, going over old test questions, homework assignments, and everything. ;;

if you got a 100% you would have a 78 in the class

study, duh. if your algII class if like any other regular math class and not like USAMO-level competitive math, then all you have to do is do problems
