<p>But, I talked to my school counselor and she told me to send it along with my mid-year report and state that I am really sorry to send the box late.</p>
<p>I wonder if someone has ever left "the box" empty on purpose...although I doubt whatever symbolism admissions may read into it would be good</p>
<p>I don't think it is such a big deal. I don't think they will care so much about getting the box late. I think it is just something that they require so that they can get a laugh or two while they have to go through so many applications.</p>
<p>i still advise calling them and apologising and sending it as soon as you can</p>
