<p>I am going to Georgia Tech and before senior year I had a 3.7 unweighted and 4.2 weighted GPA. My SATs are 1380 (and 720 in writing) and I have been in IB for 3 years now. I really let my grades slip this year and I am scared I might get rescinded, what do you guys think?</p>

IB Math HL: B (I might get an A in this)

<p>As long as you don't have D's and F's you should still be fine.</p>
<p>No guarantees though, each school has a different policy, they might put you on academic probation before you even get there, who knows.</p>
<p>no, they won't rescind you. Bs and Cs are acceptable as long as they don't slip to Ds and Fs</p>
<p>You won't even be considered for rescinding unless you have below a 2.0 GPA, and at least a few Ds and Fs. If they rescinded for Cs and Bs 25% of all kids would be rescinded!</p>

<p>i've never seen anyone of theses boards who have had their admission rescinded at any school.....but for some reason people always post fears about getting rescinded....ridiculous</p>
