UIUC v. UNC v. UMich

I'm in-state at Illinois and I'm trying to decide between: University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign ($27k), University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill ($37k), and University of Michigan Ann Arbor ($47k)-->idk how much FAFSA/Scholarships I've gotten yet.

-I'm going to major in Psychology and possibly human nutrition/dietetics and I'm going pre-med
-I'm in the honors program at Illinois & Michigan
-Study abroad is important
-Money matters, but it isn't the most important factor.
-Class size doesn't matter
-I've visited Illinois & Michigan--> I loved Michigan and liked Illinois.

My main question is: are Michigan & UNC really worth the out of state fees? I don't want to spend my life paying back loans. I know I'd probably be happy at any of the three, but which one has the best "value"?

Absolutely go to Illinois.

Good advice. Illinois is an excellent school, and its Psychology Department is one of the best in the country (as is Michigan’s). Save your money.

If you don’t get any aid/scholarships, I’d stick with UIUC. If you get money from UNC or UMich, then I would definitely reconsider.
