UK schools and ACT scores

Hello!
I'm looking at applying to Edinburgh and King's, and I've already submitted my St. Andrews application, all for International Relations.
I know UK schools focus more on test scores which is good for me, since my GPA is a 3.58. My SAT is 2140 (800 R 670 M 670 W) and my ACT is a 35 (36 R 36 E 35 S 31 M). I'd rather submit my ACT scores, but do they carry the same weight in the UK as in the US? And do I need to send them in before or after an admissions decision?

Other scores:
AP Chem 3
AP World History 4
AP Lang 5
AP APUSH 5

SATII: 670 Math 1, 780 Lit, 730 US History

Also, do I submit AP scores before or after the admissions decision? They're already listed in my application.

Thanks!

Why wouldn’t you send both? your 2140 is plenty strong enough for all three of those unis, and the 35 will be icing on the cake. If you don’t send in the test scores your offer will be conditional on verification of the scores they care about (plus any other conditions, such as scores on APs you are taking this May)

Send the score report of the APs you’ve already taken now or you won’t hear back from admissions to St. A’s. Edinburgh will wait until they send you a decision for you to confirm your scores. SATs are the same for St A’s.
