UMBC vs. CUA for Nursing

I'd really like to know which school is 'better'.
Maybe someone here can give me some advice.

I've been accepted to both universities and I'm having a hard decision to decide where to actually go to. To me, the two schools are complete opposites.

Catholic University seems like a bunch of huge Catholic buildings. While University of Maryland, Baltimore County seems like a fun school made up of a lot of people with a lot of extracurricular activities.

If I went to CUA, the main pull would be by obtaining a Navy ROTC scholarship. I would have the option to go in and do my clinicals (going to an actual hospital training) in GWU hospital, Inova Fairfax hospital, and Bethesda Naval hospital. The credit hours are going to be lessened to about 120 credits. No offense to those who love Catholic U, but it seemed a bit stuffy, maybe that's because I'm a Buddhist.
If I didn't get the NROTC scholarship, I would be commuting because it's $10, 000 for Room & Board !o! and my cost without it would just be $4, 000.
Here's the curriculum stuff for CUA btw:

If I went to UMBC, the main pull would be all the people to people activities. No offense to those who love University of Maryland, BC it seems like a laid-back atmosphere that's more like a HUGH high school. It's a Pre-nursing thing there and I would do prerequisites for two years where I'd be guaranteed an accepted transfer into University of Maryland, Baltimore. The UMBC credits would be 66 credits, then I'd transfer to UMB to finish off 61 more credits (it did say that a BSN option is to get just 59 credits) so the total credits for BSN would be 127 credits (120 credits ). [At this is what I understand...]
I haven't received the financial offer in the mail yet, but I'll try to add that info later on.

This may seem like a very follower-like thread question, but your input would be extremely helpful. The main thing I'd like to know is what's the thing that's liked most and not like most about both universities. Any other specific questions that I should be asking when choosing a university would be most helpful too. Please, Please, any input is fine, I'd like to look at them from many different perspectives and point-of-views. I know you're all busy trying to figure out your own decisions, but...I wouldn't ask if I truly didn't need the help...
