Well it was 4:45 or 5 but neither worked so

Last year was 4:45. The year before was like 4:50

I wouldn’t pay too much attention to this ‘backdoor’ b/c some people didn’t ever give their social security # when applying so this wouldn’t work for everyone

Last year about 15 min after they were released applymaryland tweeted. Also my son got an email at some point soon after as well.
I didnt not apply for finaid and works for me
