<p>I have my deposit in at university of miami and I just got a phone call from villanova saying I'm accepted off the waitlist. I'm doing premed so i was looking for opinions regarding premed at umiami vs premed at villanova</p>

<p>Both have great programs, you won’t be making a mistake either way. I think Villanova’s reputation might be a bit better than UM’s. Personally, I’d pick Miami because I don’t like Pennsylvania.</p>
<p>Edit: I read in the other thread that Villanova doesn’t have a med school. That could be a pretty big downside because doing research, while not necessary for med school, is incredibly beneficial for med school admissions.</p>
