I have 61 credits earned at a community college with a gpa of 3.826. I am an instate applicant. I got B's in high school and a low ACT score. I have an uptrend in terms of grades, I have 4 pointed the last few semesters. I sent my application today which is the day before the deadline.

chances good or bad?

I think you have a decent chance, based upon my cousin’s experience transferring to UMich last year from WCC (Washtenaw Community College). He was able to successfully transfer with a cGPA of 3.92 after 2 semesters at WCC; and as I understand it, UMich didn’t even request his high school transcript or his ACT/SAT scores when he didn’t provide them.
