I am a transfer student that has been in the community college system for 1 and a half years so far. I have my eyes set on the university of michigan but have a few concerns. In high school I had a bad act score... I am kind of confused with whether or not I can just not include those in my package, or will that go against my tremendously during the admissions process. Also I have a 3.61 gpa and received 53 credits so far at my community college. I work alot so it shows I'm active and a full time student. Issue if I haven't been able to send my application in until yesterday. What does anyone think my chances are getting into michigan in the fall? Any feed back is appreciated

i think you have great chances! have fun being a wolverine!

Great chances? Chances, yes but GREAT? Based on what? I disagree. Transferring into UMich Ann Arbor isn’t easy at all – even for instate. The OP needs to be prepared for any decision.

What does the transfer counselor at your CC have to say? Make an appointment with that person, and get some MI specific advice.
